Pallaso over the moon after receiving Kabaka’s recognition

Artist Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso is over the moon after receiving a recognition from His Majesty the King of Buganda Kingdom Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.

Pallaso bragged that he’s nolonger on the same level as fellow singer David Lutalo after performing at Kabaka’s 68th birthday on Thursday April 13th 2023 at Mengo Palace.

Pallaso and David Lutalo have been having a grudge against each other after Lutalo made some comments about Pallaso’s music.

Lutalo said that Pallaso needs to do good music or else his career is going to end before it even goes further.

Pallaso who wasn’t pleased by Lutalo’s comments replied by saying that Lutalo he is old fashion and he needs to tap into the new kind of music to keep him moving.

After Pallaso was recognized by the Kabaka and performed on his birthday, he claims he is far better than the ‘Kapapaala’ singer.

“As the first Artist to be introduced, Recognized and Appreciated by the KABAKA of Buganda Personally, I want to say to the young people out there, there are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame.”

“But if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going, you will look around and you will know it was you and the people who love you who put you there, and that will be the greatest feeling in the world,” Pallaso said.

This recognition came in the right time with Pallaso preparing for his forthcoming concert dubbed ‘Love Fest Concert’ at Lugogo Cricket Oval on June 9th.
