Young artists should always dream bigger – Sheebah

Top female Ugandan artist Sheebah Karungi has urged young artists in the country to always dream big if they are to achieve their goals.

Sheebah said this ahead of his two-day VIP concert slated on the 9th and 10th of December at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

According to the Ice cream hit maker, she chose to entertain her fans for two days to inspire young artists who think only foreign artists like Nigerians can achieve such a milestone.

“This concert is to inspire young artists who think only Nigerians can do such things in Africa,” Sheebah said.

According to the self-styled Swagg Mama, 2022 is such a memorable year and it will be capped with a concert in December.

“I will be celebrating my journey! And I willing be celebrating my strength, patience & consistency! I will be celebrating you my lovers for loving me unconditionally!”she noted.

This will be Sheebah’s first big music experience without management after parting ways with Manager Jeff Kiwa and TNS at the end of last year after working together for nine years.

Sheebah added that her fans demanded a more spacious venue so she opted for a two-day concert to cater to all.

“My people were complaining that Serena is small so I organized an event for two days to cater to everyone. Two nights of Sheebah Karungi and trust me each day is gonna be a different experience,” she noted.

In recent years, Sheebah Karungi has consistently been one of the hottest performers in Uganda, dominating the music industry for all the right reasons.

Sheebah started as a dancer at 15 in dance group called Stingers and later joined Obsessions in 2006.

In 2013, she released her first musical project, Ice Cream which sold her to Uganda music lovers and since then, she has been releasing hit after hit.
