Galaxy FM presenter and famous deejay in town DJ Nimrod through his Twitter account revealed on how the Ugandan music is nolonger based on the big 3 including Big Size Bebe Cool, Jose Chameleone and more.
He said this in the moment the so called big 3 artistes are everywhere on the town billboards. Nimrod added that gone are the days when the big 3’s were priotized because currently there are other artistes on board including Alien Skin, Spice Diana, Ykee Benda and more.
“The Ugandan music industry is nolonger based on what u guys call the big 3, eyo twavayo Daaaa, kati ba @YkeeBenda @SpiceDianaUg @AlienSkinUg bebaliko. Even with endorsements u can see the artists that are being used as brand ambassadors. Nothing like BIG 3.” DJ Nimrod wrote.
However, many people including artistes, netizens, bloggers and more have kept discussing about the topic as some agree to them being the big 3 while others appreciate their work but disagree with them being the men on top of the country’s music industry.
