Edwin Katamba aka Mc Kats celebrated his birthday last week and received different contributions from Ugandan entertainers and his fans.
Speaking in an interview with a local YouTuber, the king of the mic explained he will use part of the money to complete his family home.
The house is currently missing doors and windows and final furnishings.
He is tired of paying monthly rent.
“I can now complete my house and I am grateful to everyone who came through on my birthday. I am still overwhelmed by the love and support,” he said.
Some of the musicians who made it rain on MC Kats birthday include; Pallaso, Lydia Jasmine, and Fik Fameika among others.
