Socila media in-laws are concerned about the health of teacher Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye after thousands of people lost their lives in Istanbul, Turkey after a huge earthquake.

These have asked questions whether Lumbuye is among those believed to be trapped under debris after a powerful earthquake struck Turkey as search and rescue operations get under way.

Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye, also known as Lumbuye, is a political commentator, blogger, and activist from Uganda. He rose to fame in 2019 thanks to his widely shared videos on Facebook and YouTube, in which the writer claimed to have insider knowledge of the majority of prominent government figures in Uganda.

Blogger Fred Lumbuye was born in Kampala, Uganda in 1984, and raised there while completing his schooling. He is Muganda by tribe. He eventually moved to Turkey to find a better job and obtained a personal working VISA for Turkey.

According to officials, the calamity has claimed the lives of over 1,300 people and injured 6,000 more. Hours after the initial earthquake, a large aftershock with a magnitude of 7.5 struck southern Turkey. According to reports, it was once more felt in both Iraqi Kurdistan and Syria.
