Chameleone reveals why he dumped Namboole for Cricket Oval

Legendary singer Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone has revealed why he moved his Gwanga Mujje concert to Lugogo Cricket Oval instead of Namboole Stadium. This follows after the singer made the official announcement of his concert where he revealed the dates and venue.

Jose Chameleone recently announced his concert to the media and public slated for 10th February 2023.

According to the singer, he revealed that he had planned to go to Namboole but was informed the stadium was under construction. “Our plan was to go to Namboole Stadium but we were informed the stadium was under construction and will still be by the time of our concert. Therefore I went back to the biggest venue available, Lugogo Cricket Oval. We have booked and paid the venue ready for 10th February” Chameleone said.

Legend Gwanga Mujje will mark the singer’s 25 years of active and commercial music, the longest time a Ugandan and East African singer has been top and main stream.
